Bienvenido/a a Price Rush (la “App”). Estos Términos del Servicio (“Términos”) regulan el uso de la App ofrecida por Loopworks / Fernando Mendoza (“nosotros”, “nuestro/a”). Al instalar o usar la App aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no utilices la App.

2.Edad y elegibilidad
La App es apta para todos los públicos. Aun así, debes cumplir la edad mínima de consentimiento digital aplicable en tu país (p. ej., 13+ en muchos territorios). Si eres menor de esa edad, usa la App con permiso y supervisión de tu madre/padre o tutor/a legal. Las compras y la aceptación de estos Términos por menores requieren dicha autorización.
3.Descripción del servicio
Price Rush es un juego casual/arcade en el que comparas precios de productos reales para adivinar cuál es más caro o más barato. Incluye modo sin conexión (offline), rachas, logros y clasificaciones (ranking mundial con Firebase y ranking personal offline). No se requiere registro; la App puede crear un identificador anónimo para funcionalidades internas.
4.Cuenta y acceso
No necesitas crear una cuenta. Algunas funciones (p. ej., clasificaciones globales) pueden apoyarse en servicios de terceros. El uso de dichos servicios se rige por sus propias condiciones y políticas.
5.Licencia de uso
Te otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva, revocable e intransferible para usar la App en tus dispositivos personales conforme a estos Términos. No adquieres derechos de propiedad intelectual sobre la App.
6.Propiedad intelectual
La App (código, diseño, textos, imágenes, marcas y demás contenidos) es titularidad de Loopworks / Fernando Mendoza o de sus licenciantes. Queda prohibido copiar, descompilar, modificar, crear obras derivadas o explotar la App de forma no autorizada.
7.Conductas prohibidas
No puedes: (a) usar la App con fines ilícitos o que vulneren derechos de terceros; (b) eludir medidas de seguridad; (c) interferir con la disponibilidad/performance; (d) manipular puntuaciones, rachas o clasificaciones; (e) usar bots/automatizaciones para ventaja injusta.
8.Moneda virtual, compras y anuncios
La App puede incluir moneda virtual (“monedas/coins”), compras integradas (p. ej., packs de monedas, quitar anuncios) y anuncios (incluidos interstitial y rewarded mediante AdMob).
- Las compras se tramitan por Google Play; los reembolsos (si aplican) se rigen por sus políticas.
- La moneda virtual y los objetos de la tienda son licencias digitales de uso; no tienen valor monetario fuera de la App, no son reembolsables y no pueden canjearse por dinero.
- El modo offline permite jugar sin internet; no obstante, anuncios, ranking mundial o sincronización requieren conexión.
9.Clasificaciones y logros
Las clasificaciones (incluido el ranking mundial vía Firebase) y los logros pueden ser moderados. Podemos reiniciar, ajustar o depurar tablas para proteger la integridad del juego.
10.Privacidad y datos
Consulta la Política de privacidad para saber qué datos tratamos (p. ej., Firebase Analytics, identificadores de publicidad, IP, métricas de uso, estado de red) y con qué fines (analítica, seguridad/antifraude, personalización/publicidad). Allí verás tus derechos y opciones de consentimiento (UE/EEE, Reino Unido, California, etc.). Al usar la App, aceptas dichas prácticas.
11.Cambios, disponibilidad y soporte
La App puede actualizarse automáticamente para mejorar funciones, seguridad o compatibilidad. Podemos modificar o descontinuar características, total o parcialmente. 12.Exención de garantías
La App se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. En la medida permitida por la ley, no garantizamos comerciabilidad, idoneidad para un fin, exactitud o no infracción. La información de precios es orientativa y puede variar por región, fecha o proveedor.
13.Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida permitida por la ley, no seremos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales, punitivos o consecuentes, ni de pérdidas de beneficios, datos o reputación. La responsabilidad total agregada por cualquier reclamación relacionada con la App no superará el importe pagado por ti (si lo hubiera) en los 12 meses previos.
14.Indemnización
Aceptas indemnizarnos ante reclamaciones de terceros derivadas de tu uso de la App o del incumplimiento de estos Términos.
15.Terminación
Podemos suspender o terminar tu acceso si incumples los Términos o si la App deja de ofrecerse. Puedes dejar de usar la App y desinstalarla en cualquier momento.
16.Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de España. Cualquier controversia se someterá a los tribunales competentes conforme a la normativa de consumidores y usuarios (habitualmente, los de tu domicilio), sin perjuicio de los derechos imperativos que te correspondan en tu país de residencia.
17.Cambios en los Términos
Podremos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la nueva fecha y, cuando haya cambios sustanciales, intentaremos avisarte mediante la App u otros medios razonables.

2.Age & Eligibility
The App is suitable for all audiences. You must still meet your region’s minimum digital consent age (e.g., 13+ in many territories). If you are under that age, use the App only with parental/guardian permission. Purchases and acceptance of these Terms by minors require such permission.
3.Service Description
Price Rush is a casual/arcade price-guessing game: compare real product prices and decide which is higher or lower. It includes offline play, streaks, achievements, and leaderboards (global via Firebase and personal offline). No account is required; the App may create an anonymous identifier for internal features.
4.Account & Access
No account is required. Some features (e.g., global leaderboards) may rely on third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.
5.License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal devices in accordance with these Terms. No ownership rights are transferred.
6.IP & Content
All intellectual property in the App (code, design, text, images, trademarks) belongs to Loopworks / Fernando Mendoza or its licensors. You may not copy, decompile, modify, create derivative works, or exploit the App beyond this license.
7.Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) use the App unlawfully or infringing third-party rights; (b) circumvent security/technical measures; (c) interfere with availability or performance; (d) manipulate scores, streaks, or leaderboards; (e) use bots/automation for unfair advantage.
8.Virtual Currency, IAP & Ads
The App may include virtual currency (“coins/monedas”), in-app purchases (e.g., coin packs, remove ads), and ads (including interstitial and rewarded via AdMob).
- Purchases are processed by Google Play; refunds (if any) are governed by its policies.
- Virtual currency and store items are digital licenses with no cash value outside the App, non-refundable, and not redeemable for money.
- Offline mode lets you play without internet; however, ads, global leaderboards, or sync require connectivity.
9.Leaderboards & Achievements
We may reset, adjust, or moderate leaderboards (including the global ranking via Firebase) and achievements to preserve game integrity.
10.Privacy & Data
See the Privacy Policy for details on data we process (e.g., Firebase Analytics, advertising IDs, IP, usage metrics, network status) and purposes (analytics, security/fraud prevention, personalization/ads). It also explains your rights and consent options (EEA/UK, California, etc.). By using the App, you consent to those practices.
11.Changes, Availability & Support
The App may auto-update to improve features, security, or compatibility. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We use reasonable efforts to keep the App available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support: loopworks.soporte@outlook.com.
12.Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Price information is informational and may vary by region, date, or provider.
13.Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the 12 months prior.
14.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Loopworks / Fernando Mendoza from third-party claims arising from your use of the App or breach of these Terms.
15.Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if the App is discontinued. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time.
16.Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts as set by consumer protection rules (typically, the courts of your domicile), without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
17.Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new date and, where changes are material, attempt to notify you via the App or other reasonable means.

2) आयु और पात्रता

3) सेवा का विवरण
प्राइस रश एक कैज़ुअल/आर्केड कीमत-अनुमान गेम है: वास्तविक उत्पादों की कीमत की तुलना करें और तय करें कि कौन-सा अधिक (Higher) या कम (Lower) है। इसमें ऑफ़लाइन खेल, स्ट्रीक, उपलब्धियाँ और लीडरबोर्ड (Firebase आधारित वैश्विक रैंकिंग तथा व्यक्तिगत ऑफ़लाइन रैंकिंग) शामिल हैं। कोई खाता आवश्यक नहीं; ऐप आंतरिक सुविधाओं हेतु एक अनाम पहचानकर्ता बना सकता है।
4) खाता और पहुँच
खाता बनाना आवश्यक नहीं है। कुछ सुविधाएँ (जैसे वैश्विक लीडरबोर्ड) तृतीय-पक्ष सेवाओं पर निर्भर हो सकती हैं—उनका उपयोग उनके नियम/नीतियों के अधीन होगा।
5) लाइसेंस
हम आपको इन शर्तों के अनुसार आपके व्यक्तिगत डिवाइसों पर ऐप उपयोग के लिए सीमित, गैर-विशिष्ट, वापस-लिए-जाने योग्य, और हस्तांतरण-असमर्थ लाइसेंस देते हैं। इससे कोई स्वामित्व अधिकार हस्तांतरित नहीं होता।
6) बौद्धिक संपदा
ऐप (कोड, डिज़ाइन, पाठ, चित्र, ट्रेडमार्क) पर बौद्धिक संपदा अधिकार Loopworks / Fernando Mendoza या उसके लाइसेंसदाताओं के पास हैं। आप कॉपी/डी-कम्पाइल/संशोधित/व्युत्पन्न कार्य तैयार या लाइसेंस से परे शोषण नहीं कर सकते।
7) निषिद्ध आचरण
ग़ैर-कानूनी उपयोग, सुरक्षा उपायों को दरकिनार करना, उपलब्धता/प्रदर्शन में बाधा डालना, अंकों/स्ट्रीक/लीडरबोर्ड में हेरफेर, या अनुचित लाभ हेतु बॉट/स्वचालन का उपयोग—निषिद्ध है।
8) आभासी मुद्रा, इन-ऐप खरीद और विज्ञापन
- ऐप में आभासी मुद्रा (“coins/monedas”), इन-ऐप परचेज़ (जैसे कॉइन पैक, विज्ञापन हटाएँ) और विज्ञापन (AdMob के इंटरस्टीशियल/रिवॉर्डेड) हो सकते हैं।
- खरीदारी Google Play द्वारा संसाधित होती है; रिफंड पर उसकी नीतियाँ लागू होंगी।
- आभासी वस्तुएँ डिजिटल लाइसेंस हैं—ऐप के बाहर नकद मूल्य नहीं, रिफंड-योग्य नहीं और धन में भुनाने योग्य नहीं।
- ऑफ़लाइन मोड में इंटरनेट बिना खेलें; पर विज्ञापन/वैश्विक रैंकिंग/सिंक हेतु कनेक्शन चाहिए।
9) लीडरबोर्ड और उपलब्धियाँ
खेल की अखंडता बनाए रखने हेतु हम (या तृतीय-पक्ष) लीडरबोर्ड और उपलब्धियों को रीसेट/समायोजित/मॉडरेट कर सकते हैं (Firebase आधारित वैश्विक रैंकिंग सहित)।
10) गोपनीयता और डेटा
हम कौन-सा डेटा संसाधित करते हैं और क्यों—यह गोपनीयता नीति में बताया गया है (उदा., Firebase Analytics, विज्ञापन ID, IP, उपयोग मेट्रिक्स, नेटवर्क स्थिति; उद्देश्य: एनालिटिक्स, सुरक्षा/धोखाधड़ी-रोकथाम, निजीकरण/विज्ञापन)। वहाँ EU/EEA, UK, कैलिफ़ोर्निया आदि के अधिकार/सहमति विकल्प भी मिलेंगे।
11) परिवर्तन, उपलब्धता और समर्थन
ऐप स्वतः अद्यतन हो सकता है; हम कभी भी सुविधाएँ बदल/बंद कर सकते हैं। उपलब्धता के लिए यथोचित प्रयास, पर अबाधित सेवा की गारंटी नहीं। सहायता: loopworks.soporte@outlook.com.
12) अस्वीकरण
ऐप “जैसा है” और “जैसा उपलब्ध है” के आधार पर है। जहाँ कानून अनुमति देता है, व्यापारयोग्यता/उद्देश्य-अनुरूपता/सटीकता/अधिकार-उल्लंघन-रहित होने की वारंटी अस्वीकार की जाती है। मूल्य संबंधी जानकारी संकेतात्मक है और क्षेत्र/तिथि/प्रदाता अनुसार बदल सकती है।
13) देयता की सीमा
क़ानून की अनुमति अनुसार, हम परोक्ष/आकस्मिक/विशेष/दंडात्मक/परिणामी हानियों या लाभ/डेटा/प्रतिष्ठा-हानि हेतु उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे। किसी दावे हेतु कुल देयता पिछले 12 महीनों में आपके द्वारा चुकाई राशि (यदि कोई) से अधिक नहीं होगी।
14) क्षतिपूर्ति
ऐप के उपयोग या शर्तों के उल्लंघन से उत्पन्न तृतीय-पक्ष दावों के विरुद्ध आप Loopworks / Fernando Mendoza को क्षतिपूर्ति/निर्दोष बनाए रखेंगे।
15) समाप्ति
शर्तों का उल्लंघन या ऐप बंद होने पर हम आपका एक्सेस निलंबित/समाप्त कर सकते हैं। आप कभी भी उपयोग बंद कर ऐप अनइंस्टॉल कर सकते हैं।
16) लागू कानून और अधिकार-क्षेत्र
ये शर्तें स्पेन के क़ानूनों द्वारा शासित हैं। विवाद उपभोक्ता संरक्षण नियमों के अनुसार सक्षम न्यायालयों में होंगे (सामान्यतः आपके निवास-स्थान के न्यायालय), बशर्ते आपके देश के अनिवार्य उपभोक्ता अधिकार अप्रभावित रहें।
17) शर्तों में परिवर्तन
हम समय-समय पर शर्तें अद्यतित कर सकते हैं—नई तिथि प्रकाशित होगी और महत्त्वपूर्ण बदलावों पर ऐप/अन्य माध्यमों से सूचित करने का प्रयास होगा।
